Bio

Loeurt is a PhD candidate in the School of Education at RMIT University, Australia. His research focuses on leadership and SDG4, specifically on quality higher education in Cambodia. He holds a master’s degree in development studies from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Loeurt has years of working experience in the fields of education, technology, art, and creative industries in the public sector, private sector, and NGOs in Cambodia. He has previously managed youth engagement and international volunteer projects in Cambodia. His most recent roles in higher education were Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Education and Deputy Global Education at a private university in Cambodia. Loeurt has published various academic papers in higher education, with a research interest in leadership. He is passionate about making connections in various academic fields.
