As Director of Kershaw Phillips Consulting, I provide stakeholder, service planning and evaluation services to health, community, manufacturing, and educational organisations. I have over 30 years’ experience in public policy, academic and business sectors. I also work as a Non-Executive Director of ermha365 with Board members, executives, and people with lived experience of psychosocial disability to understand client needs and facilitate participatory planning and strategic business development.
I am an Honorary Associate Professor with RMIT University. In that capacity I collaborate on action research and ethical innovation about youth development, education and training for sustainable development and pathways to decent work and entrepreneurship.
