Bio
My name is Luu and I am 17 years old. My interests are hanging out with friends and ten pin bowling. I like to help my parents. I enjoy playing games such as Minecraft and being at school. In the future I would like to study and find work in supply chain operations.
CORE Capabilities
Co-design is the process where people work together to create something of value tailored to their needs and preferences that is built around four CORE capabilities (collaboration, openness, respect, and empowerment). How these are evidenced is profiled below:
Collaboration – demonstrating how I work as part of a team.
I work as a team person with others by helping and being friendly and listening carefully to instructions.
Openness – Demonstrating how I listen to the ideas of other team members, and how I make judgements by weighing the pros and cons of different ideas.
I am honest and when I am in the canteen I can be trusted with money and making sure it is safe. I don’t mind change and can do lots of jobs.
Respect – Demonstrating how I express my ideas and how I react to the ideas of others.
I treat others with respect by listening to them and respecting their privacy. I have the role of class captain and show my leadership skills. I am a good role model to others. I also remind my teachers if they need help.
Empowerment – Demonstrating my independent decision-making, how I show pride in my work and that of my team, and how I support others.
I have skills for working. For example, in the canteen I have to know how to use the air fryer safely to cook properly. I need to think about hygiene and make sure the food is safe. Part of my job in the canteen is counting the money to make sure people have the right amount or change. I use public transport and operate my own bank account.
